Three-Way Catalytic Converter

Metal Substrate
We independently produce high-quality metallic honeycomb substrates--the core material for catalytic converters--used in automotive, motorcycle, and off-road exhaust systems. Manufactured from high-temperature stainless steel foil via precision winding and brazing, they offer high cell density, thin walls, low thermal mass, and rapid heat conduction for fast light-off and excellent thermal shock resistance. Their mechanical strength ensures stability under vibration and thermal cycling, extending converter life. Custom diameters, lengths, cell shapes, and densities are available for flexible, reliable solutions worldwide.
