Industrial-Grade
Product Solutions
We specialize in the research, development, and mass production of core components for automotive and motorcycle exhaust systems.
Our Core Product Lines
Exclusively focused on B2B customized cooperation and large-scale mass production delivery. We do not engage in retail business.
Three-way catalyst for automobiles
We offer high-performance automotive catalytic converters designed for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, compliant with Euro 3/4/5 standards, covering a wide range of European, American, Japanese, and Korean models.
Our automotive converters feature high-quality metallic or ceramic honeycomb substrates coated with advanced washcoat and precisely formulated precious metals (platinum, rhodium, palladium). They efficiently convert carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides into harmless carbon dioxide, water, and nitrogen across all driving conditions--from cold start to highway cruising. Manufactured to OEM specifications, we provide both direct-fit and universal options to meet diverse engine displacements and aftermarket installation needs.
- High Conversion Efficiency - Optimized catalyst formulation and substrate structure ensure low light-off temperature and stable emission control throughout the vehicle's service life.
- Superior Durability - Metallic honeycomb substrates deliver exceptional resistance to thermal shock and mechanical vibration, ideal for long-mileage and demanding driving conditions.
- Low Backpressure Design - Fluid-dynamically optimized channel geometry minimizes exhaust backpressure, preserving engine power and contributing to fuel efficiency.
- Precision Fit for Global Models - Direct-fit units with precisely machined flanges, oxygen sensor ports, and mounting brackets enable hassle-free installation across major global brands.
Three-way catalyst for motorcycles
We specialize in compact and lightweight catalytic converters for motorcycles, scooters, cruisers, and ATVs, engineered to fit tight chassis constraints while meeting Euro 3, 4, 5 standards. Designed specifically for the high-RPM nature and limited installation space of two-wheelers, our motorcycle converters utilize thin-wall metallic honeycomb substrates combined with highly responsive catalyst coatings.
This combination ensures rapid light-off during engine warm-up and maintains stable performance under frequent load changes. Available in pre-canned assemblies and weld-in metal substrate cores, our solutions cater to both OEM integration and aftermarket exhaust system modifications, delivering compliance without compromising power delivery or exhaust note characteristics.
- Compact & Lightweight - High-cell-density metallic substrates reduce volume by over 60% compared to automotive counterparts, minimizing space occupation and vehicle weight.
- Fast Light-Off - Low thermal mass and excellent thermal conductivity enable rapid activation, effectively reducing cold-start emissions even in short-trip riding conditions.
- Vibration & Heat Resistance - All-metal construction provides outstanding resistance to thermal fatigue and mechanical shock, ensuring reliability under high-RPM and high-temperature operation.
- Customizable for Global Markets - Tailored options for displacement, mounting position (header or mid-pipe), and inlet/outlet dimensions support a wide range of motorcycle models and aftermarket exhaust projects.
Metallic Honeycomb Substrate
Metallic honeycomb substrates are the core material of catalytic converters, widely used in exhaust aftertreatment systems for automobiles, motorcycles, and off-road machinery.
We independently manufacture high-quality metallic honeycomb substrates using high-temperature resistant stainless steel foil through precision winding and vacuum brazing. Our products feature high cell density, thin walls, low thermal mass, and rapid thermal conductivity, enabling fast light-off after cold start while delivering excellent thermal shock resistance. The all-metal construction ensures structural stability under harsh conditions such as vibration and thermal cycling, significantly extending the overall service life of the catalytic converter.
- Fast Light-Off - Low thermal mass and high thermal conductivity enable rapid activation, effectively reducing cold-start emissions.
- Durable & Reliable - All-metal structure provides outstanding resistance to thermal shock and vibration, suitable for demanding operating conditions.
- Structural Stability - Precision brazing technology ensures the substrate maintains integrity under extreme temperature cycling.
- Flexible Customization - Available in various outer diameters, lengths, cell shapes, and cell densities to meet diverse application requirements.
The shape design of metallic honeycomb substrates is not fixed; it is customized based on the customer's installation space, housing structure, and application scenarios. Different shapes directly affect space utilization, exhaust flow, and packaging compatibility. Below are the characteristics and applications of three common shapes--racetrack, oval, and rectangular.
Racetrack Shape
Purpose & Reasoning:
Passenger Car Under-Chassis Installation: Modern passenger car chassis are compact, and exhaust systems are typically flat and close to the vehicle body. The racetrack shape maximizes the substrate cross-sectional area within a limited flat, rectangular space, ensuring adequate exhaust flow while minimizing ground clearance to prevent damage from impacts.
High Packaging Efficiency: Compared to round shapes, racetrack shapes offer better space utilization when arranging multiple catalytic converters in parallel (such as pre-converter and main converter). This is the most common shape for European and American passenger cars.
Oval Shape
Purpose & Reasoning:
Motorcycles & Small Engines: Motorcycle frames have narrow tubular or curved mounting spaces. The oval shape conforms better to round or curved installation locations while providing sufficient flow area.
Universal Aftermarket Applications: The oval shape offers structural strength between round and racetrack designs, making it commonly used in universal aftermarket catalytic converters for better fitment flexibility.
Rectangular Shape (or Square)
Purpose & Reasoning:
Heavy-Duty Machinery & Commercial Vehicles: Trucks, buses, and off-road machinery (excavators, agricultural equipment, etc.) have more regular exhaust system spaces, with housings often being square or rectangular. Rectangular substrates maximize the internal space utilization of the housing, achieving the largest precious metal coating area and exhaust gas treatment capacity.
High-Displacement Aftermarket: Some high-displacement off-road vehicles or performance cars also use rectangular substrates when pursuing maximum flow capacity.
